BACKEND PROFILE + INTEREST/EXPERIENCE IN RPA/AUTOMATION-Stockholm/Remote

Description of the assignment

Our Intelligent Automation & Digilab team is expanding, and you have the opportunity to join them. You will be a good fit if you are a backend developer who is interested in RPA/automation. It is a big plus if you have experience building chatbots. An interest in or experience with low-code technology, such as power apps or app script, is also advantageous.

The company is embarking on an exciting automation journey, with the Intelligent Automation department at the helm of this transformation. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Developer with a business mindset and knowledge of backend technologies to join their team. While prior experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Working agile within a dynamic team with a customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality automation solutions to internal stakeholders and possibly external clients is an important part of our team. This position will be heavily reliant on effective communication, innovative solutions, thorough documentation, and timely delivery.

You will be encouraged to participate in the entire product life cycle, from initial scoping, requirements gathering, development, quality assurance, and testing, to support and maintenance, with the help of the team. Requirements

If you have the following qualities, you will be an excellent fit:

A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is required.

2 to 4 years of experience working with backend technologies, automation, or robotic process automation software (such as Blue Prism or Ui Path)

Experience with programming or development (working with APIs, SQL, C#, Java, and Javascript).

Knowledge of or experience with scripting is a big plus (Python, Perl, VB Script, Shell script, PowerShell )

Knowledge of macros and other low-code technologies

Agile Development Methodologies: An Overview

Exposure to methodologies for performance measurement and continuous improvement

Prior Azure DevOps experience is required.

Experience in the following areas is preferred:

Putting policies, procedures, and control measures in place.

Defining and documenting information security procedures as well as control techniques for automation solutions and operations.

Conducting risk assessments on automation solutions and identifying risk-mitigation controls

Best practises and standards for RPA

Mentoring and education.

You are inquisitive, interested in learning new things, and have the ability to see and adopt new methods and ways of working. You have a professional demeanor and a strong focus on client relations and how to add value to the client's experience. To succeed in this role, English proficiency is required, and Swedish language skills are valued.

Duration: 6 months + extension
