Job Description:

We are looking for an Integration Architect to meet customer demands for Solutioning & Designing Integration projects, and help clients migrate to Cloud Integration Solutions. In your role we expect you to use research, domain expertise, and other learnings drawn from a diverse background based on customer empathy, business, design, and technology delivery. Facilitation and communication skills are paramount as we need our integration architect to serve as a moderator, facilitator, and speaker working with both large and small groups. Additionally, you will serve as a practice and thought leader in design and strategy, both internally and externally. You will also connect to the wider company objectives and translate them to initiatives within the Stockholm unit.

Finally, we are looking for someone who is deeply passionate about shaping Integrations methodologies and practices of the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to recognize, understand and solve business problems and opportunities
• Design and facilitate workshops and innovation sprints for clients and colleagues
• Work with various stakeholders to understand the business and user needs and collaborate with implementation & delivery team members to define and manage scope, user stories, objectives, and requirements.
• Work as Proxy Solution Designer, perform system analysis, develop business cases and user stories/cases/requirements, conduct feature demos, and support testing to ensure maintainability and stability of the system.
• Conduct workshops, rapid prototyping sessions, user testing sessions, heuristic evaluation sessions & brainstorming activities with various stakeholders involved in the business, work with ERP businesses to derive, develop & deploy cost-effective Integration Models
• Design and lead processes that create alignment and lead to valuable outcomes
• Successfully deliver strategic initiatives for our clients
• Manage business analysis to support investment decisions on Integration platforms, marketing initiatives, Integration Accelerators development and strategic planning
• Design, conduct and synthesize research to develop insights and strategies
• Work as a liaison between business teams and the delivery teams to provide bi-directional feedback. Proactively communicate and collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver solutions on time, on budget and as expected.
• Promote a high level of collaboration and teamwork with the project team. Mentor and evangelize agile, lean, design thinking and delivery best practices & oversee the quality of delivery of all project commitments to clients and our end customers for global projects.

Essential Requirements:

• Atleast 7 years of experience in Integration Implementations, Solutioning & Designing, Support Process enablement, creating proposals.
• Should have received at least one Hall of Fame category mention in SAP Community for contributions.
• Demonstrate expertise in On-Premise and Cloud Integrations Implementations
• Must know Java, Groovy, JavaScript, basics of HTML5, Data Intelligence
• Must have done Integrations with Key applications like S4 Hana Cloud, Salesforce, Successfactors, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Must have experience with Configurations in S4 Hana Cloud
• An entrepreneurial spirit that is used to channel energy into re-imagining the future and impacting the organisation overall
• A very good understanding of technology & architecture
• Familiarity with some aspects of software architecture and development
• Experience of working closely with designers and technologists
• Experience of working & leading offshore teams (Preferably India)
• Experience in working with employees, partners and clients from diverse countries such as Japan, USA, Canada, Australia, India, Middle East, South East Asia.
• At least 1 years of exposure to Swedish working culture & ecosystem.
• Flexible to work in Nordic and Indian timezones as required (with remote teams)
• An added advantage if you know one or two Indian languages.
• Experience of Agile, Lean & Design Thinking
• Proven track record of successful product launches of web-based solutions.
• Adept at quickly navigating organizational complexities and building credibility with senior leadership representing multiple functional disciplines.
• Skilled at understanding market problems and developing strategic recommendations and solutions.
• Strong business analytics, ability to identify a business need and write business, functional and technical requirements.
• Should be certified in the area of quality management systems - being an internal auditor is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal, client management and influencing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency around deadlines and an ability to multitask
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to create appealing slides for clients
• Flexible thinker, highly adaptable and able to juggle competing priorities with ease.
• Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Approx 20-30% travel is required.
