Apply for the role as Data Engineer to SEB in Stockholm and join our data driven journey!
Responsibilities
We are now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our CRM team to be able to develop towards the data driven strategy, with the aim to be proactive and enable customer 360 view. In this role, you will join a new team with primary focus on building and modernizing the solution from scratch.
The CRM solution contains a lot of information about SEB’s customers that provides insights both to the customer service function and the marketing department, to mention a few. The insights and information is stored and handled in the datawarehouse.
Together with your team you will be given the exciting mission to work with data onboarding, build data pipelines and integrate all 40+ data sources and rebuild the current solution towards new architecture, which will be cloud based with Google Cloud Platform. You will pave the way forward and work with modern techniques and tools and get a role where you contribute to our important work with CRM data, being highly involved in decision making and our technical road map.
As part of this team, you get the opportunity to influence and take a holistic approach to future solutions and optimize development to suit our users' needs. You are also welcome to improve and streamline ‘the way of working’ in our new team and share your knowledge.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a curious team player with good communication skills, along with a positive, and open mindset. You are a data engineer or a developer with a strong tech background and experience from working with integrations and big data in complex environments. Since we will build new solutions, we see creativity and problem solving as great advantages preferably combined with skills in some of these areas:
- Data Warehousing and Big Data
- ETL/ELT processes
- SQL
- Kafka
- Cloud technologies (preferably GCP)
