Roboten offers four main low-code products. At the IAM team, we’re making it possible for anyone to use and integrate their application with existing IAM solutions or to build new ones. Our goal is to offer enterprise-grade IAM solutions, with an easy point and click interface, to companies of any size giving smaller companies the same level of security and scalability as large corporations. What you will do
We could write several bullet points sweepingly outlining what we expect you to do. But every individual is unique, and we frankly don’t believe that’s a modern way to work. Instead, during your interview, the position will be defined according to your skill set, interests, and what motivates you. When these three factors are met, magic can truly take place.

Our Stack
We use the best tool for the job, whatever technology or method that provides the most leverage. Currently, we use:

- Node.js for backend

- React for frontend

- Typescript

- JSON Schema and JSONata

- OPA (Open Policy Agent) and Rego for authorization

- Integrations with the main auth vendors.

As an IAM Lead Developer we think you:

- Possess a deep understanding of how security impacts each stage of the development pipeline and the final product

- Have familiarity with DevSecOps culture and up-to-date knowledge of threats and trends

- Are self-motived, driven, and capable of handling problems until resolved

- Are able to design countermeasures to security risks that have been identified and security controls based on cybersecurity principles and best practices

- Are comfortable both facilitating and leading as you actively participate to solve a problem.

In addition, to be successful in the role as IAM Lead Developer, we expect that you:

- Have 5+ years of software development experience

- Have experience with tools and techniques for risk assessment, threat modeling, and analyzing threats

- Have knowledge of security best practices in a confidential and sensitive data environment - both on-premise and in-cloud solutions

- Have experience with cloud platforms and tools for automated cloud management such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and/or Azure Resource Manager

- Are an expert of IAM best practices, especially within SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM

- Have knowledge of identity authentication workflows such as OAuth 2.0, and SAML as well as experience in implementing them in systems

- Have experience with authorization principles such as RBAC.
