Description

The Customer Engagement Area provides solutions for e-commerce platforms. The Customer Data & Engagement Engine team is the focal point of all customer related data and loyalty program points solutions for the future e-commerce platforms.

As a Software Engineer you are responsible for the entire software life cycle - design, development, test, release and maintenance and translates business needs into working software. Regardless of area, tools or languages, a software engineer builds and configures solutions that are easy to maintain and change, enabling a constant delivery pace to be kept indefinitely. This is achieved through continuous attention to technical excellence and good design, with extensive use of automation.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Java
- Spring (in particular Boot, Data, AOP and Cloud)
- Azure or other cloud hosting experience
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Integration development using RESTful webservices
- Relational DBMS/JPA-Hibernate
- JMS
- Git
- CD/CI
- Distributed systems
- Microservices
- Agile methods

Preferred competence and experience:

- Infrastructure as code
- NoSql
- React
- JHipster
- Splunk
- Jira/Confluence

Preferred personal qualities:
