Assignment description

We are looking for a consultant to help our team with KURM (Customer Development Targeted Marketing) during the first half of 2022. We need someone who understands how our existing targeted customer programmes work and can concretize potential improvements based on data, primarily regarding target group selection and channel. To be able to do so, you must have strong analytical skills, an understanding of targeted marketing, and experience setting requirements and estimating impact. The consultant will not be in charge of implementation.

Skill Requirements

Relevant academic training, for example, a Master of Business Administration or a Master of Science in Engineering.

Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience, ex-consultant in CRM, customer loyalty, customer experience, and customer behavior analysis.

Communicative and adept at explaining complex issues in layman's terms

Quickly become acquainted with new issues and drive the work forward on your own.

Experience in the customer's industry is advantageous but not required.
