You are a passionate designer who takes great pride in the work you do and the experiences that you help to create. You are driven by team work but work independently and efficiently in projects. You are a creative problem solver who values quality and soul in design and interface.

You are responsive and solution-oriented - A solutionist who contributes to the design process all the way from the holistic perspective to the more detailed part of the project.

Your experience

- You have a solid experience of UX design @ a comfort zone level (in Sweden we say mammas gata-level)
- You like and have experience of working with other people in team like in an agile team (Design thinking, Football, Lean UX, Volleyball e.g.)
- You have worked with end user testing and prototype driven development (You know that MVP is not only the Most Valuable Player)
- You enjoy working in the ”war zone” between the customer's end users and the development team
- You work seamlessly on both apps and mobile web platforms
- You have participated in a number of successful and also not so successful customer cases with product and system development in focus (portfolio)
- You have overall knowledge in different types of designs such as interaction design, visual design, animation design, HCI research & design
- Experience of working with customer requirements collection and evaluation of customer needs
- It is a plus if you have experience of working with front-end development e.g. in JavaScript, Angular or maybe you know how to react etc.
