About the role
As Lead Tech Producer, you are part of the sales team in Sweden and work closely with our customers.

You will, apart from being a productive team member, be responsible for a team of roughly 3-5 Technical Producers, whose main task is to process and produce video ads in our very own production platform, and act as Adops for our customers.

As we are on a journey to become a global player and constantly expanding, we need a driven person with structural and visionary qualities who can motivate, develop and drive the Technical Producers in line with our ambitions.

In this role you will:

- Produce high quality ads using HTML/CSS/JS and Adobe programs

- Plan and prioritize ad production and lead the Technical Producers in their daily work

- Develop routines and processes for the Technical Producers that align with SeenThis’ expansion plan

- Maintain ongoing contact with our customers to understand their needs

- Develop routines for the production of new ad formats and products

- Develop the collaboration between Sales, Technical Producers and Tech to simplify and streamline the production, our product and delivery

- Take responsibility for training and coaching new employees, in collaboration with the Sales team manager

Qualifications
You have:

- Experience in developing videos, video edits, custom executions or design related work

- Coding skills in HTML / CSS / JavaScript

- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English

- A positive attitude and a Client-first mindset

Good to have:

- Technical experience in tools like Doubleclick, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects

- Previous experience as Team Lead or project manager

- Previous experience in the Adops profession and the digital media industry
