nShift TMS needs a senior Quality Assistance Engineer that can help the organization to improve overall quality, help with hands-on manual testing where needed (especially during releases) and to coach and mentor developers in how to improve and maintain a high software quality level. Do you want to join our dedicated team!

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manual testing and test planning for the Core team as well as supporting others.
- Coaching and mentoring co-workers around what and how to test, both manual and automated.
- Work together with team members, agile coaches and QA:s to analyze and improve processes.
- Taking responsibility for test automation. This includes evaluating what and how to test as well as implementing test suites with the help from all engineers.

- A team player.

- Interested in collaboration and communication with the other QA:s, developers and other colleagues.

- Eager to learn and curious. Asks questions.
- Understands that manual and automated testing are important.
- Understands that there is much more to quality than testing, such as process understanding, information sharing (between developers, product owner, scrum master).
- Years of hands-on (manual) testing.
- Experience with automated test frameworks and tools.
- Knowledge of coding in a related language. (Java, .Net, Python).
- Have previously been leading testing and quality efforts (test lead, QA lead).
- API knowledge, design, setup, test experience.

- Written and spoken language skills in English & Swedish (Mother tongue not a must).
