Assignment Description

We are looking for 1 person that will be part of the a team as Test lead, supporting our customer in the retail focused POS and merchandise areas and working with monitoring for integrations and system for sales data flows. Should have experience of retail and interfaces to/from SAP for handling base- and POS data. We see that the persons have 4 to 6 years of experience.

As Test Lead, you will be responsible for the system and system integration test and also supporting as application expert for rollout projects.

This are is a group of approximately 30 people responsible for:
? POS Inbound: Import, validation and storage of POS transactions in SAP POS DM for aggregation and further distribution to systems that use sales data, e.g. analysis, bookkeeping and replenishment.
? POS Outbound: Distribution of base data like articles, prices and promotions from SAP ECC to POS systems.
? SIM: New store routines for store transfers and faulty item, using scanners and a SAP portal accessible in the store. Replaces manual routines in stores

The position is full time with placement in Stockholm.

The primary tasks for the test lead:
? Review requirements (Change Request) and evaluate their testability
? Define the test scope within the context of each release
? Prepare test plans including a resource and time plan for functional and non-functional testing
? Order and ensure the set-up of test environments and test data
? Establish and update test documentation and test reports.
? Lead test work and distribute tasks within the test team
? Work with tester onsite and offsite
? Monitor and report the status of defects
? Report status to the Process Test Manager (PTM) and the Delivery Package Lead (DPL) and participate in decision-making meetings

? Experience of interfaces to/from SAP and interfaces to/from POS system
? Experience from large, global organizations
? Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English

Qualifying
? Experience from handling large volumes of sales transactions from different sales channels and brands.
? Fashion Retail experience

? Good knowledge in MS Office in general
