We are looking for software developers who are curious and passionate about programming. You are happy to take your own initiatives and easy to collaborate with. Furthermore, you are driven and you never hesitate to ask for help when you need it. The team today is characterized by an open-minded atmosphere where everyone is welcome.

You are involved in the entire development process, from requirement specification, creation of stories, estimations, development, testing and release. As a software developer, you are expected to understand the platform so well, you can recommend necessary changes in architecture and understand its impact in the long term. It is a high working pace with fast decision-making processes.

Are an awesome JAVA developer, where experience from Spring Boot and AWS is an advantage. We focus on personal experiences and knowledge in software development, instead of only formal education and diplomas. We award:

Information:

* The recruitment process will include a programming test. If you want to show projects that you have done earlier, at work or in your spare time, you are welcome to add that in your application.
* Start: Immediately, with regards to the period of notice.
* Scope: Full time, with flexible working hours.
* Location: Norrköping City or Stockholm, but there is flexibility regarding location. If you prefer to live and work elsewhere in Sweden, it can be arranged.
* There are good opportunities to work abroad for 3 months per year.
* The position is a direct recruitment which means that the recruitment process is done through Academic Work, but you will be hired directly at Paf. We wish that all questions regarding the position goes to Academic Work.

Paf is a Nordic gaming company founded in 1966 on Åland to generate profit to socially beneficial goals. We became one of the first gaming companies online when we in 1999 took the business online.
