Tech Lead MDM

What you will be doing

This role is responsible for ensuring successful product implementation based on the solution/design defined by the Solution Architect, as well as Lead the end-to-end Technical Configuration/Development journey by:

• Code quality assurance, making sure that it is up to Avensia's standards.
• Ensure code review healthiness.
• Analyze solution requirements and technical processes.
• Identify project risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Constantly motivate and encourage the team to give their best.
• Liaising with SA, team members, management, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Advocate technical progression internal and external

Main responsibilities

• Write, review and document code ensuring requirements are met
• Implementing best practices and coding standards.
• Code quality assurance.
• Control technical debts.
• Ensure code review healthiness.
• Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Delegating work and assignments to team members.
• Conducting audits to identify areas of improvement.
• Assist in recruitment of skilled developers through challenge evaluations and/or technical interviews.
• Assist in onboarding and/or technical training of developers.
• Responsible for developers getting started as quickly as possible and with the best possible conditions within the focus area.
• Promote collaboration and engagement.
• Guide team through technical issues and challenges.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyze existing technical processes and schedule training sessions and/or meetings to discuss improvements.
• Constantly motivate and encourage the team to give their best, especially during the time when they are pressured with high targets.
• Lead development implementation throughout project delivery
• Drive own professional development

Who are you

· Experience working with C# .NET development.

· Well-versed with relational databases like MS-SQL servers.

· Experienced in code repositories.

To excel in this role we see an advantage of being familiar with:

· Ecom – Nitro / Commercetools / Storefront products

· MDM - Riversand

· HTTP APIs / REST services Javascript, Typescript, and/or React.

· CI/CD automation
