We offer you As Corporate Visual Merchandiser you work strategic with creating and developing guidelines on how Kappahl’s assortment and customer offer will be presented in the physical stores to create commercial and inspiring customer experiences. You and your colleagues in the VM-team are responsible for planning and coordinating the assortment, styling of mannequins and follow-up in stores in close cooperation with our retail organization, Architects, Concept developer and Design/Assortment-department. By creating visual store information you make sure that we have a clear and unitary offer in our five markets and almost 400 stores!

Your competence Of course, you are one of the best when it comes to present commercial and inspiring solutions to present Kappahls assortment in physical stores. Except from VM-education you have a long experience from leading positions in VM from chain companies on regional- or country level. Further you have good knowledge in Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Mockshop. You are advanced in both Swedish and English.

Your personality You are a commercial and creative person who is stimulated by high tempo and good sales results. You are responsive, targeted, flexible and prestige less. To optimize and to be able to drive work forward you are a skilled problem-solver focusing on solutions rather than problems. You have an ability to clearly communicate in an engaging and motivational way. You update yourself of trends, fashion and what’s new in business by external monitoring. You are used to drive your own work towards deadlines and overall goals. You are an engaged team member that strive for efficiency and overall impression.
