Embedded software developers

CME Solutions AB is looking for embedded software developers to be part of our high performing engineering teams that develop advanced products and embedded solutions.

The people we are looking for have broad skills in software packaging in an embedded Linux environment.

Transformation and digitalization of the industries has increased for the last few years. Our demand for skilled SW engineers to develop solutions and develops and customizes SW and HW for customers in various industries, such as Industrial automation, healthcare, telecom, security, and energy.

Your role:

• Develop software and hardware solutions, both architecture and functionality end to end
• Setting up and supporting continuous delivery (DevOps)
• Define requirements

Your skills:

• Experience in C/C++ / Python / Shell programming
• Excellent understanding of Linux kernel and open source SW
• Knowledge of the Yocto / OpenEmbedded build system is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Swedish and English

Your experience and education:

• 3+ years of SW development experience in a Linux environment
• Hands-on experience with building and maintaining Linux systems on Arm / x86-64 hardware
