CI/CD Test Development Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a CI/CD Developer for a large telematics project including Hardware and different levels of Software (firmware, Embedded Software, application layers).

You will join a group of experienced developers in an Agile environment whose main task is to secure verified Software deliveries, but they are also expected to support in the implementation part of the project.

We are 18 people divided in 4 teams mainly covering System Design, Software Architecture, Implementation and CI/CD development.

Typical week in the CI/CD team:

• Reading documentation and creating test cases based on the information.
• Fault tracing the software and creating bug reports.
• Follow up on bug reports.
• Work in parallel with the software development teams to find new areas for testing.
• Maintenance of the test frame work.
• Meetings with the customer to discuss problems or bugs.
• Attending Agile events in the project, eg Daily standup.

Qualifications

We are looking for you that have the following skills:

• Python knowledge
• Experience in writing unit tests, prefereble Pytest
• Knowledge of the CAN protocol
• Basic knowledge of a Linux system
• Agile workmethods
• Be able to read and understand C++ code
• English only is sufficient language skill (Full professional proficiency).

We see it as beneficial if you have:

• The spirit to test "outside of requirements"
• Knowledge of Google Protobuf, Redis, FOTA
• Azure DevOps knowledge

Start: Immediately, in consideration to notice period

Location: Malmö

Salary: By agreement
