Transition Project Manager

The position

Are you a skilled Project or Transition manager, with experience from working with complex transitions within a SaaS or PaaS company? Do you want to establish and own the end-to-end transition process and continuously improve ways of working?

If so, we have the fantastic opportunity to join us as a Transition Project Manager!

Cambio has traditionally been delivering software products, but we are now on an exciting journey building an organization with focus on delivering Software-as-a-Service (managed services) for our customers. You will have a role in this, working with the end-to-end transition. This is a new role at Cambio, where you and the rest of the team will have the opportunities to be involved and shape the role forward, setting up ways of working with processes and KPIs.

Your primary responsibility will be to in a controlled and effective manner lead transitions of new or updated service components and hand them over to Service Delivery and Operations. You will collaborate with Sales and Architecture teams to understand the scope of ongoing sales cases and influence service design. You will participate in the actual tender process and finally be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end transition.

This role includes process ownership of the capability Service Transition and in that role, you work closely with other Process Owners to establish efficient and standardized ways of working within Cambio as well as towards customers and third parties.

About you  

We think that you have great communication skills and the ability to engage and collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders in a professional way. You are able to lead and manage parallel activities and create structure in the daily work around you.

As responsible for the outcome of the transition process to well-composed services, you have the ability to articulate the big picture but also have an eye for details.

Requirements 

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education experience 
- 5+ years’ experience from leading or participating in Service Transitions within SaaS or PaaS companies  
- Project management skills
- Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English since it will be used in your daily work

It's a bonus if you

- Experience working with IT within healthcare
- Experience of products in Cambio’s product portfolio 

Place of employment: Stockholm or Linköping

Scope: Full time 

Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
