ServiceNow is probably not even in your vocabulary yet, but soon you will know all about digital service management and the problems it solves in a big organisation. As a Software Engineer at H&M Group, you will put your heart into creating awesome service experiences, enabling development, maintenance, and technical support.
What you will be doing:
- primarily No code/Low code
- support business needs and identify different challenges your colleagues might be facing
- provide timely and accurate technical solutions to problems and push for changes and improvements
- configuration, implementation, enablement, development - yes, you will do them all :)
Must haves:
- C# and .Net basic knowledge
- computer science background or similar
- urge for a career in tech
- everything is possible mindset
- ingenious problem-solving mind
- excellent communication skills
