Job Description

You will work in a team that develops and maintains the solutions for requirements engineering. These solutions are crucial for projects developing instrument cluster software, so they can analyze, map and track requirements to make sure they develop exactly the product the customer wants. The area is currently in a transition phase from traditional towards modern tools and methods and offers therefore a lot of opportunities for persons with an interest for the problem space, an affinity to modern approaches in software engineering, and a lot of creativity.

Qualifications

The candidate we are looking for has a degree in software engineering, computer science, or similar. Key is that you share our passion for automation and love scripting. We believe that you bring some hands-on experience from e.g. the open source community, internships, or school projects. You use Git frequently and are familiar with the most common operations. You have used automation servers such as Jenkins and scripting languages such as Python to make your life easier, and you feel at home on Linux/Unix systems.

Ideally, you are familiar with the basics of requirements engineering from your degree in engineering.

We expect you to be self-sufficient and structured. You thrive in a changing environment and are eager to learn something new each day. Digging into problems is something you find satisfying and that drives you forward. Since you will be in contact with companies in other countries, it is important that you communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.
