Full Stack Java Developer in Norrköping

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Full Stack Java Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will start out as one of several system developers on the A-team of the business department. The group is involved in the company's commercial operations and manages systems related to professional services. Several parallel initiatives are currently underway in A-team, and the consultant can become involved in several of them.

The company's development team uses agile methods for self-organizing teams, and the consultant will be responsible for breaking down requirements specifications and debates in both technical solutions and interface design. The development work is done in close collaboration with customers/product owners and other team members, and numerous parallel services and products are frequently running at the same time. We aim to be assisted with responsibilities within the team while maintaining a high level of personal commitment and accountability.

We believe that active knowledge sharing and training within teams is critical. The nature of the services may vary, but there will be a focus on both frontend and backend for apps and online services. As a legal necessity, the corporation must consider several forms of accessibility needs while designing public services.

For the development of our systems, the company uses Linux as a target environment. Python, JavaScript, Java, and other backend technologies for backend development. JavaScript, CSS, QGis, and other web technologies are used in the frontend. The company uses PostgreSQL as a database.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

We're searching for a professional who has high generalist competence or extremely high competence in the relevant area/role.

The candidate should have worked on major assignments in the relevant field and completed them to a high standard.

He/she has primary responsibility for leading a larger group.

Independence is a significant deal.

After 9-12 years of labour in the relevant sector / function, the level is generally attained.

Three (3) years of front-end development and responsive design experience.

Two (2) years of React developer job experience.

Two (2) years of documented Node.js solution implementation experience

Backend development competence and at least three (3) years of work experience are required.

Good understanding of and at least one (1) year of work experience in creating web services that are WCAG-compliant in terms of accessibility.

Working in agile teams for three (3) years is required.

Skills that would act as an advantage:

• One (1) year of work experience with PostgreSQL, a relational database.
• At least one (1) project involving the creation of an app was completed.
• Work experience and/or education in UX and web design are required.
• Work experience with weather data visualisation and management that has been documented.
• Automated front-end testing experience is provided.
