Looking for UX Designer in Solna

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a UX designer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

You must be able to empathize with a variety of user types and roles, as well as keep all of their needs in mind.

You'll join the company's Customer Experience Design community, which includes more than 50 designers. They have a high level of user experience skills and competence as a team, and our work is highly valued in the bank's digitization journey.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

We need a designer with a diverse set of UX skills for this project.

You'll be in charge of everything from user research to interviews and workshops, as well as concept and UI design.

You have the ability to lead and communicate on your own, and you enjoy being in a position of power.

You enjoy sharing your expertise, techniques, and tools.

We'll look for post-secondary education in the field, as well as experience working in agile teams with UX.

Years of experience expected: 4–8.

Other:

Working in banking or a similar industry is advantageous.

Language Requirements: Mastery of the English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required.
