IOT Backend Developer/Architect

You will join our Digital team, which is a cross-functional team consisting of highly motivated, curious, and driven individuals. Our projects normally include hardware, firmware, and cloud development, including deployment and sometimes management of the final solution. We start all projects by understanding the clients needs with help of UX and Service Design activities and then design relevant systems.

These are some of the languages the team normally use:

- Golang
- .NET
- Python
- Bash scripting

Our projects touch a number of communication protocols:

- LwM2M
- MQTT
- AMQP
- SQL
- HTTP
- gRPC

The systems are normally deployed at one of the major cloud providers; GCP, AWS, or AZURE, either using their managed services or using Kubernetes. We automate as much work as possible, to ensure good quality, using CI/CD tools like Gitlab. All code is version controlled using git.

We're looking to add you, who is excited by these technologies, to our expanding team of digital professionals. In your role, we expect you to:

- Work closely with the team and clients to understand requirements
- Guide and support clients, helping them make well informed decisions
- Design secure and scalable backend systems
- Implement backend components and configure production grade systems
- Support sales activities with feasibility studies and project estimations
- Spread your knowledge and experience with the team

This role is for you with a few years experience developing similar production systems.
