About the job

At DevOps, some run Scrum and others Kanban, but all live and breathe Agile for real. Stay for a while in a team or move around if you like the variety, you choose. We work agile as a DevOps department and want all employees to have close communication with each other so that changes can be made as efficiently as possible.

We offer an exciting and varied work environment where one day is not the same as the next, and lovely colleagues who are welcoming and helpful. When we are not learning in the team, we may go to conferences or hold joint tech talks. Join a book club or go on speed dating sessions to get to know others in the company. We’re also looking forward to starting our board game nights and “folk beer pub” again when we get back to the office!

About you

To have fun and also be successful at Telavox, we believe that you enjoy programming and learning new things. You will soon finish your studies or work on your first job in software development. For you, the culture at work is important and you enjoy collaborating across team boundaries.

- You know one or more programming languages and probably have some experience with Java.
- Bonus if you have encountered one or more of Javascript, React.js, AngularJs, MySql, Hibernate ORM. Otherwise, we’ll figure it out when you get here.
- You think flexible working hours are great and like a lot of freedom under responsibility.
