Frontend Developer | Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Frontend Developer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be a part of the Inspiration team, the initiative's spearhead, where you will collaborate with R&D to create new and exciting features for the Web (React) and App (React Native) with over a million downloads.

The Inspiration team functions as an R&D and Delivery team, with full responsibility for solution discovery, prototyping, and scaling to meet the Strategic Objectives.

We anticipate that you will regard quality as an essential component of the code, as you are aware that unit tests are not optional.

You would be required to work using the following frameworks:

• JavaScript and TypeScript
• Jest and Testing-Library
• React, NextJS (SSR)
• React Native
• Redux / Redux Saga / React Query
• Websockets
• GIS tools such as Mapbox

You are expected to have prior experience developing performant web applications in JavaScript or TypeScript, as well as React/React Native, and to be capable of tackling any challenge thrown at you. You take great pride in your work, work well in interdisciplinary teams, and have a few cool projects to show off.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Experience in e-commerce and online shopping is required, as a thorough understanding of e-commerce trends, future shopping behaviors, and shopping platforms will serve as the foundation for how this Strategic Area will evolve in 2022 and beyond.

The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of React and React Native

Used agile principles to work in cross-functional teams.

The applicant should have prior experience working with large-scale applications in cross-functional teams and are familiar with the agile process. You have an inquisitive mind and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking the initiative where you see it necessary.

He/she should lead discussions and have excellent communication skills. You must be well-versed in best practices for web development and have previously worked with mobile designs with a strong emphasis on user experience.

The applicant must be capable of taking the initiative and driving change.
