Product owner

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner who wants to make an impact on the European FinTech-arena.

Today, all new development is carried out in a Microsoft environment with .NET and SQL Server always using the latest development environments and tools. We work in Scrum teams and scale using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). The teams work in close cooperation with the business, balancing the needs of today with the requirements of tomorrow.

We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about creating solutions that our customers and users love, yet works for the business. Candidates for the role will be trusted with freedom and room to apply their creativity and excellent problem-solving abilities.

As a Product Owner:

- You will be working with a group of young and talented specialists from diverse backgrounds, sharing a vision to revolutionize the advisory space.
- You will be providing vision, strategy, and direction for the team’s product, aiming to achieve long-term goals and short-term objectives.
- You will create and manage the team backlog, as well as plan iterations.
- You will work closely with UX/UI, Architecture, and Product management to produce solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible.
- You will also work with other POs to coordinate development and release planning with dependencies to your own teams work.
- You will manage disparate business needs and requirements from users in multiple geographies.

Basic qualifications:

- Experience working in Scrum/SAFe
- Effective communication skills in English
- Creative thinking and vision, with the ability to prioritize
- Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work, and challenging problems
- Hands-on experience with product management and/or product design with a focus on software products and technologies
- Experience in international roles is a plus
- Experience in financial services/insurance industry is a plus
