IT Country Manager

As part of its development in Scandinavia Newrest is recruiting its future IT Country Manager for that region, based in Stockholm.

In close collaboration with the Group's IT team, you will manage the country's IT infrastructure as well as its network infrastructure. You will also participate in numerous Group projects intended for our various subsidiaries around the world, of which you will be part, whether they are user experience, collaborative or security projects.

ASSIGNMENTS:

- Assist local teams in the country

- Establish installation/use procedures

- Install and run the Newrest ERP system named Winrest

- Test and acceptance of the group's IT solutions

- Manage and maintain the general system and network infrastructure (workstations and servers under Windows and Hyper-V)

- Put new IT resources into production (installation, configuration, configuration of IT equipment and software)

- Manage incidents of Windows / MacOs computer equipment (analysis and understanding of the origin of the malfunction, resolution)

- Train users on the use and best practices of IT tools

- Manage the use of the Office 365 suite including office tools (Word, Excel, OneNote), messaging (Outlook) or collaborative tools (OneDrive, Teams, Skype For Business, SharePoint)

- Maintain computer security protocols for workstations and the network

- Manage infrastructure related to computer equipment (telephony, printers, PC components, etc.)

- Choose local equipment and software - Negotiate local suppliers

- Ensure the consistency and development of local information systems

- Participate in the development of the budget, manage the financial, technical and human resources.

- Anticipate the charges and costs of the solutions studied

- Provide support on business IT projects:

o Participate in the smooth running of each business IT project in the country, from the design phase to deployment and transfer of responsibility to business teams

o Coordinate the various actions between the local project teams and the head office support teams

- Participate in group solution deployment projects (antivirus, collaborative tools, security protocols, internal tools, etc.)

- Ensure compliance with the Group strategy

PROFILE:

Holder of a Bachelor degree in infrastructure-oriented IT, you have a first experience of 5 years in the administration of PC / Mac operating systems and servers under Windows.

You must have an experience in the institutional and inflight catering industry and understand the process and softwares of that business.

You must have at least one year of experience managing the Winrest Software.

You have good knowledge of:

- In networks (protocol, routing, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi...)

- In IT security (firewall, access control, etc.)

- In storage (SAN, NAS, replication)

- In HYPER-V virtualization

- In Active Directory/LDAP directory

Most :

- Knowledge of cloud virtualization (Azure and AWS) and database (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus.

- Knowledge of CEGID XRP Ultimate financial software (Former Qualiac)

- Knowledge in developing SQL Server and PowerShell queries
