We are looking for a UX Designer that wants to be a part of creating an intuitive, attractive, and coherent user experience. You will be part of an agile team and a UX team to create a product that enables professionals with no or minimal programming skills to create, launch and manage web & mobile apps. Picture a tool that lets you draw your apps and their behaviors instead of programming them.
As a UX Designer at Novacura you are responsible for:
- Defining what UX work needs to be done in your team
- Creating and iterating high-fidelity prototypes and user flows
- Working with agile team to refine and implement your designs
- Maintaining consistent UX across teams by collaborating with UX designers in other teams
Who are you?
You are confident in the whole design process, from defining what user insight is needed in order to create the optimal UI for a user group, to producing and testing high-fidelity prototypes. You are driven to take responsibility of the UX in your product and constantly look for ways to improve it by gathering feedback and working with your team to implement your designs.
We believe you have experience in the following areas:
- Digital user interface design
- User centered design methods, research and testing
- Graphical design
- Design for Web
- Design systems
- Figma, Adode CC suite
- Degree in Interaction design or similar
