We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contribute our work with developing our products. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by contributing with competence in cloud environments and tool chains, test automation and leading teams. As a Senior Software Engineer you will be responsible for prioritizing the product backlog and making it understandable as well as leading agile teams and supporting the software development work. You will report to the ITS Director.
Responsibilities will include:
- Lead Agile Teams, handle the daily agile development process including daily synchs, backlog grooming, planning demos and retrospectives
- Manage communication between key stakeholders, for example product management, security, quality, regulatory and the software development team
- Follow up and act on team progress, collaboration or communication issues
- Balance product backlog between feature development, security items and technical debt
- Breaking down roadmap goals into smaller items that can be developed in sprints
- Making sure that requirements are well defined in form of Epics, User Stories and tasks. Acceptance criteria and definition of done should be clear
- Continuously work on increasing clarity and understanding of work with well-defined requirements, making all work visible, clear expectations, sharing customer insights, identifying issues
- Support software development delivery
- Oversee discovery, research, UX design
- Frequently communicate delivery progress, making sure there is as little difference as possible between expectations and what the teams is capable of delivering

Your experience includes:
- Bachelor’s degree within related field
- Skills in complex software product development in an agile team setup
- Previous team leader experience
- Experience from heavily regulated industries such as Defense, Fintech, PropTech, MedTech, Pharma is a plus

About us
Integrated Therapy Solutions (ITS) is a unit within the Research & Business Development team, responsible for developing products and solutions to connect Getinge PoC Devices and build server side/cloud based software applications. The applications can be both clinical and non-clinical and include both Getinge developed and integrated with external partners. ITS is also a competence center for Cybersecurity, Interoperability and driving the transformation towards a more agile software development model.
