Senior Backend Developer

We are now looking to recruit an awesome Senior Backend Developer to join Greenely’s Tech team in Stockholm. As a senior backend developer, you will help research, specify new ideas and participate in the product team to develop new functionality while staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Responsibilities

- Build efficient backend features
- Help research and define specifications
- Help/coach other junior backend developers
- Prepare technical documentation/specifications
- Collaborate with the rest of the product team
- Help/coach other team members

Qualifications

- Understanding of Agile principles
- Effective communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Expertise in Python
- Experience in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.)
- Experience working with RESTful API
- Experience in Docker
- Knowledge with AWS
- Knowledge in version control systems, preferably Git.

Bonus skills

- Experience with Cloud infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with Time Series databases (for example, Timescale DB)
- Experience with the Falcon Python framework
- Experience with Django
