Operational Consultant in Sundsvall

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Operational Consultant with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Our client requires assistance with the operation of 25 Linux servers that will be gradually expanded over time.

In addition to operating Linux servers (Ubuntu), the consultant must be familiar with Python and Javascript programming in order to create encoder / decoder scripts and automation, among other things.

The workplace is in the Sundsvall office where the customer has their servers. Initially, the work must be done on-site so that it can later be done partially remotely (the customer follows the recommendations of the Swedish Public Health Agency).

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

The knowledge & understanding of the following is fundamental:

• Linux administration experience (Ubuntu).
• Python programming experience is required.
• JavaScript programming experience is required. In text responses, describe previous experiences.

Other:

It would be advantageous to have the following knowledge:

• MQTT experience (VerneMQ)
• Knowledge of ChirpStack or a similar LPwan server solution.
• Node-RED expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MariaDB.
• Extensive knowledge of InfluxDB.
• Grafana knowledge.
• Experiment with Linux administrative automation.
