YOU WILL

Nederman has developed a state-of-the-art Industrial IoT solution to enhance its Industrial Clean Air Equipment and Air Quality Analyzers as well as to develop new digital business services. In this role, you will help drive development by communication between product managers, stakeholders, and the development team. You also will detail, present and adjust project requirements to ensure projects are delivered on time with business value. Furthermore, you will work with the development team to produce relative and quantitative estimates and create and present user stories, use cases, epics, and personas on core features.

Examples of other tasks and responsibilities:

- Gather, document and translate project requirements to the team with a precise scope
- Create and document functional specifications for full customer requirements and edge cases
- Conduct acceptance testing and create and manage the backlog
- Produce mockups and diagrams to visualize processes and data flows
- Asses technical uncertainty, the level of resources required, and risk
- Control scope for development of MVPs as early as possible

YOUR PROFILE

We expect you to have a BS in Computer Science or Engineering and 3+ years of business analysis experience for software in a scrum/agile environment. You will also need experience with project management and the ability to work in a dynamic international environment. Industrial IoT, Industry 4.0, industrial software experience is preferred. Experience with AWS services, Java/TypeScript, Influx DB is a plus. Competence in Jira and Confluence is also meritorious.

Your analytical and creative skills to interpret business needs and translate into functional specifications will be important. We value team-players and believe you are collaborative and highly effective listener. It is also important to contribute with your positive attitude and curiosity. Other important traits that we value are being proactive, endurant and initiative taking. As you will interact with various stakeholders your communication and interpersonal skills will also be crucial. We expect you to have excellent communications skills written and verbal in English.
