Do you want to help us make HR more digital and user friendly? Do you want to work with digital technology that helps our customers make complex processes easy? Welcome to the SD Worx HR development team!
We have set out to make HR easy, and are now looking for app developers that can bring our iOS and Android apps to the next level. You’ll be working together with our Product Owners, Architechts, UX designers, and QA testers to achieve the goals we’ve set out, and we’re in a phase where we are expanding and growing outside of the Nordics.
About the work
You will have varied workdays with us, but the focus will be on developing our mobile apps, either for iOS or Android.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
• Design and develop our apps for iOS or Android
• Drive product and code quality as well as performance improvements
• Collaborate with colleagues from different teams to identify needs for the different areas
We want someone who can challenge us and bring new perspectives to the table. You have a good understanding of mobile app development and the technologies used and have a curious and creative mindset. One of the big strengths of the team is to help each other, why we need you to be a team player with good analytical and communication skills.
We’ll list our tech stacks below but want to make clear that it’s not a requirement to know all things listed. If you have experience from other frameworks and libraries that’s fine, we want to find persons who can help us spark success!
iOS tech stack:
Main architecture pattern is Clean/MVVM, and the programming language is Swift
Frameworks/libraries: SnapKit, CoreGraphics, Swinject, ReactiveCocoa, ReactiveSwift, Alamofire, FirebaseCrashlytics, GooglePlaces
Dependency manager: CocoaPods, Carthage (for third-party frameworks)
Android tech stack:
We use MVVM architecture and Android jetpack.
Frameworks/libraries: Retrofit, Glide, Lottie, Joda-time, Firebase Crashlytics

Most important to us is your wellbeing, and that there’s a balance in life. Our office is located in Sundbyberg, Stockholm, but if you have the need to work from home some days of the week that’s no issue.
