We have set out to make HR easy, and are now looking for Quality Assurance Engineers that can bring our HR Suite to the next level. You will be working together with our Product Owners, UX designers, and QA testers in an agile team to achieve the goals we’ve set out, and we’re in a phase where we are expanding and growing outside of the Nordics.
About the work
We have set out to create the leading software for HR, and to achieve this we need to be able to deliver software of high quality in short release cycles – this is where you come in!
The role as Quality Assurance engineer is an important role in our product development process and will be working closely with our Test Lead and the product teams. You will be doing exploratory and automated tests to ensure our products quality. This role also includes responsibilities for designing and defining tests, debugging, and defining/executing corrective actions.
You will also review the system requirements, help us define acceptance criteria’s and track our quality assurance metrics.
About you
We’re looking for someone curious, with an eager-to-learn mindset and someone who can challenge us! To succeed in this role, we believe that you need to have some years of experience with software development either as a developer or quality assurance/tester. Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes is needed, though if the knowledge is limited, we’ll be able to teach you – the person and mindset is more important to us! Our company language is English, so you’ll need to be able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
