Your journey together with us
We work with product focused teams and are on a continuous journey toward finding a great way to combine purpose and fun.

Right now, we are in the phase to determine the test automation strategy and need your help too:
Determine the test automation strategy (goals, test approach and framework)
Identify, implement, execute and maintain test scripts, where the focus is based on risk and prioritized business flows, as well as maintenance cost and complexity against what we earn from it.
Implement and maintain test tools, testdata and environments.
Review results and report issues, researching and identifying root causes as appropriate, documenting accordingly.
Lead the development of the test automation process

You will help us attain high standards of quality as a result of combining good processes with collaboration between individuals and teams, with one goal: Excellent Customer Experiences.

Who are you?
We don’t know you yet, but here are some of the things we think you might recognize
in yourself:
You are familiar with agile and lean software development and know how to enhance the team's thinking of quality and testability in that context.
You have long experience with test strategies, test design structure and implementing automation frameworks.
You are critical thinking and have a well-developed ability to analyze complex processes and systems and you are service-oriented.
You strive to keep yourself and your team updated with the latest technical tools and test techniques.
You have knowledge in relevant computer languages, such as:
o Specflow (Gherkin), Database/SQL, Java (or similar scripting
languages).
You have experience working with different automation tools in native mobile apps (iOS/Android):
o Appium, Kobiton, TestProject, SoapUI, Postman, Fiddler, JMeter, Gatling
or Unittest / PyUnit.
You have a university degree - IT technology at bachelor's level or equivalent and communicate well in at least English.
You have a test certifications (ISTQB or CSTE).

You might find it valuable to know some of the technology and practices we use today
Native apps in both iOS and Android respectively.
o Android: Kotlin/Java
o iOS: Swift/Objective-C
o Joint (app-bff): Javascript/Kotlin/Dart
Micro services and web services (Java)
Sonar/xUnit Frameworks/Selenium.
JIRA/Bitbucket/Bitrise.
Scrum/Kanban/Lean Software Development.
