Software Architect

SD Worx HR is now looking for a Software Architect

A Software Architect at SD Worx HR is working with technical aspects in the solutions and supports Product owners in architectural matters. You will plan and design the architecture of our application, and communicate and delegate to the development teams using our DevOps mindset. Solution Design, code reviews, problem solving, and debugging are everyday work tasks for you.

Role objective

• Aligned architecture and good performance in the SD Worx HR applications
• Input to development teams on demands of architectural and technical nature
• Investigate demands from different sources
• Estimate resources needed to meet demands
• Participate in various meetings about what to and how to develop our modules

Profile
To be successful in this role you need to have good knowledge of:

• Architectural design
• Problem solving
• Conflict resolution
• Creative thinking
• Prioritization
• Execute or order tests and reviews.
• Experience in Agile development and DevSecOps, with specific engineering experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with ability to consider and explain complex functional/technical issues

Good communications and coordination skills are required, and you’re probably used to working in distributed teams. You have a great interest and a drive to learn new things as well as the ability to act between different parties. You need to be fluent in English in this role to be able to write technical customer documents as well as writing function/feature specifications.

As a person you have a real passion for your profession, you are analytical and good at understanding processes and are a great problem solver.
