The Team

In the Lime CRM Platform team, you will have the opportunity to work in a tight team comprised of mid- and senior-level engineers. The team itself is agile and cross-functional, meaning that we work closely with product owners, consultants, and the rest of the Lime business while continuously adapting to the needs of the business. This provides an opportunity to affect your work environment and the work you are doing in the team to what you believe provides the most value and how the platform should evolve.

The Platform

The platform that we develop powers the core of Lime CRM which in turn helps thousands of businesses throughout the Nordics to flourish. We do this by providing a stable and efficient core platform for developers and consultants to build dynamic and extensible customer solutions adapted to the customers' specific needs. Working in the CRM Platform team you will have the opportunity to work with tons of great people from many different teams in distinct roles all using and relying on the platform for their deliveries.

Our Stack

– The backend is built on Python and delivered through containerized applications built on Flask.

– The frontend is a single page app which communicates through a REST API and leverages TypeScript and web components.

– The infrastructure relies on AWS (Amazon Web Services), Docker and GitHub Actions.

We have a lightweight process using the latest Agile techniques with stable cycles and no hard deadlines. We believe that good software is worth the time and effort.

We are looking for a mid-to-senior software engineer with experience working on

- reusable components

- test-driven and functional development

- automated processes
