Business Analyst

- To independently handle tasks, requirements and questions, within the business area.
- Taking active part and/or ownership for implementing and further developing knowledge and understanding of the process.
- Map and document underlying operational business processes and routines as well as business requirements on system solutions in collaboration with Stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance, such as: planning tests and performing some System tests
- Collaborate with your team colleagues to meet the objectives that’s planned
- Practice your, if you have such, skills in Java programming and Linux script.

What is needed in this role:
- You have Financial academic graduation
- You have at least 3 years of Business Analyst background from the Financial Industry
- You have experience from working in the Financial Market in the back-office or payment area
- You are service- and solution oriented
- You have experience in Agile way of Working
- You are analytical and have good problem-solving skills
- You have communication skills in Swedish as well as English
- You are a great team player, and you have a good sense of humour

Team Front office & Intraday Liquidity is a small and familiar team. The team is very professional and has great knowledge in its business area. They deliver with a lot of quality in their deliveries and work with several challenging projects at the same time.

Team Front office & Intraday Liquidity is a team within Value stream Treasury.

Who are we? In very short terms, we are the bank in the bank. Value Stream Treasury is integrated in BD & BIO Group Treasury (part of CFO Office) and have an overall responsibility for all services used by Treasury. We work with many parts of Swedbank due to the nature of the Treasury-function. Today we are 23 employees in 3 teams in Value Stream Treasury. Team Front office & Intraday Liquidity responsible for systems LMS - Liquidity Management System, a system that works with a focus on incoming and outgoing settlements.
