UX-designer for Winningtemp!

Winningtemp offers the market an unique and revolutionary technology for creating successful work places. This is done by collecting and visualizing real-time data that describes the employee's experience of leadership, meaningfulness, control and joy at work. Today, Winningtemp consists of a wonderful and ambitious group of 120+ people in the offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen and London.

The head office, which opened in February 2022, is newly renovated with a wonderful atmosphere in the middle of central Gothenburg (with a large roof terrace that will be frequently used during our summer afterworks). Winningtempers all do their very best everyday and are not afraid to do the little extra. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
You will get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the customer experience and overall product strategy in order to make our product as good as it can get!

* Lead projects across the entire product lifecycle, understanding user's needs, ideas, prototyping and evaluating solutions
* Take ownership of the creative process, following design initiatives from the discovery phase all the way through to implementation
* Deliver new designs through user flows, prototypes and wireframes in an iterative process, collaborating with relevant stakeholders in a cross-functional team
* Work in close collaboration with developers, product managers and UX researchers to bring new features
* Collaborate with UX researcher to test out concepts and prototypes
* Help develop the design team’s processes and ways of working, questioning how and why we do what we do
* Help maintain and contribute to design systems

Your team and manager:

In this role you’ll be joining the design team, reporting to Liza - Head of Design. The team is currently based in Gothenburg, consisting of four dedicated and team oriented employees that all enjoy sharing ideas and learnings with the people around them. Although they don’t need you to be, it would be great if you are able to work from the Gothenburg office now and then.

Combined with a passion for the user perspective, always advocating for the best possible user experience. You have 1-2 years experience in Product design and you know your way around in Figma.

* A degree in product design, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a related field
