As our UX Designer you will join our team working with design for mobile apps that has the intelligent solutions to connect you to the digital world even when you sit on the electric bike. Your role will be within future technology of Bosch eBike working on UX design helping our customers with smart functions for bicycle navigation, flexible route planning and effective fitness training.

You will be responsible for taking the UX design of our Apps to the next level. You will be involved throughout the design process, from user insights over concepts and prototypes to products, and will be working with Design Thinking process and Double Diamond methodologies. We strongly believe that design is a collaborative effort. Therefore, involving the end-users and working closely with our developers are both required to optimize the user experience. Further, you prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, able to describe and motivate why a specific solution is selected and communicate design ideas and prototypes to our experts to find the best “fit for purpose” implementation.

YOU ARE

We're looking for a UX designer with knowledge and understanding of the user experience process, both from the user perspective and as a designer. You are a passionate designer with at least 5 years of experience within UX and have a good understanding of App design and good communications skills in written and spoken English. You love backing your design with research and testing to ensure the best possible quality.

As a person you are creative, curious, and enthusiastic. You bring energy to the teams you work with, and you are proactive and structured in your approach to problem-solving. Further, you can zoom out to see the big picture and then diving in to set the important details and approaches things systematically.
