DevOps Engineer

Do you know DevOps and want to continue to develop your skills? We are looking for someone who is educated in or has experience of working with DevOps to join our team of consultants, delivering software, architectures, and models for organizations in transformation.

Job Description

As a DevOps consultant with us, you will be helping our customers streamlining their development processes to reduce lead time while increasing demands on quality and delivery precision. You get to work with the entire chain (CI/CD), everything from development, automation, integration, build systems, repositories, and delivery as well as operational frameworks. Our assignments often involve modern API-based solutions and the security field (IAM, IdM).

You are the one who sets up, configures, and administers the infrastructure in (typically) cloud environments as well as monitoring availability and performance. Security is always in focus in combination with building sustainable solutions that are easy to maintain.

Our customers are both national as well as international, with a wide range of projects and lots of new technology. Together with other developers, tech leads and managers, you work in close collaboration with our customers to help them find the best possible solution for their needs.

We want you to contribute to developing our business, both for customers and with our offers. In this work you have the support from our competence teams and our CTO on strategic issues.

Qualifications

We believe that you are educated in and/or has experience of working with DevOps. If you have experience from tools and techniques such as Azure DevOps, AWS (CloudWatch CloudFormation, etc), databases (SQL, NoSQL, big data), Kubernetes, Ansible, and Jenkins. AWS or Azure certification is not required but seen as a merit. We are fully aware that there are few people who have all this on their resume so let us know what you can do!

You can break down complex problems into manageable parts and communicate this at both business and technical level. You take pride in the craftsmanship around software development. We believe that you are committed and have a strong sense of responsibility. You can have technical depth and expertise in the area, or you have broad knowledge and practical experience of the change management work that CI / CD adaptations require.

You are a team player with a willingness to share solutions, insights, and trends with others in the organization. We believe that you can adapt the way you communicate depending on the situation.

As a consultant, your contact area is wide, and it is important to navigate between different stakeholders. We value curiosity and it is important that you have the ambition to be at the forefront of technology and methodology development.

You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish, since it is required in contact with colleagues and customers.

Additional Information

Location: Flexible. We would like you to live in one of the places in Sweden where we have our larger offices, such as Malmö, Skellefteå or Uppsala / Stockholm.

Working hours: Full time.

Start time: By agreement.

Other: Travel occurs. Mainly in Europe but also the rest of the world.
