Who is your future team?
The Web communications team is a part of the Digital Transformation & Marketing Technology team, sorting under the Corporate Marketing department. The overall mission for Digital Transformation & Marketing Technology is to drive digital transformation to enable digital marketing both in corporate marketing and regional marketing. You will be part of a tight team of editors, digital marketers, project managers and technology owners. We challenge each other and help each other to navigate in our digital landscape.

What you'll do here?
As Web Communications Specialist, you will play an active role in driving change to work in a smart and efficient way around our corporate website and optimize our cross-functional work. You will be a key player of the digitalization of our marketing & communications activities in our vision to deliver relevant customer-centric communication in a smart way.

As a Web Communications Specialist you are responsible for the governance process and collaboration with content owners in our global network of editors. You will train and support them in their editing work as well as provide guidelines in order to secure alignment with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. You will also be an important stakeholder in diverse projects developing new functionality or content segments on the website.

* Act as main go to-person to market regions and HQ champions in our web council
* Develop and maintain the governance process of the local editing
* Train editors and champions in our Content Management System and our guidelines for content editing
* Act as a key stakeholder in diverse web related projects
* Act as specialists in certain web communication related matters
* Perform A/B tests to evaluate best way forward on web site
* Evaluate and assess results of tests and campaigns in collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialists
* Advise content owners on Web communication best practice
* Support the global web editors in building pages with a higher level of complexity than the local editors can build themselves
* Support the global web editors in handling Service now tickets from the organization

Who are we looking for/Who are you?
To succeed in this position you are used to working with a large variety of stakeholders in a global company. You are able to steer your way in a situation where a lot is going through a change. You have previous knowledge of working with content management systems. You have an eye for details, but your focus is to make the big picture work in the best possible way. You have for some time been involved in cross functional digital communications projects, and are ready to take on a larger focus and responsibility.

As a person you are self-starting, you take initiatives and are able to structure your work, prioritize, make decisions and strive to deliver on time. You are energetic and a good communicator with strong people and networking skills, and you are a great team player. You are truly passionate regarding digital marketing & communication and the value it brings to both customers and business. You have excellent skills in English, spoken and written.

We'd love to hear that you have/are:

* Knowledge and understanding of techniques and tools for web editing and layout
* Previous experience of Marketing Automation, A/B-testing, SEO and Google Analytics
* Experience of critical thinking and problem solving from global companies or agency
* Ability to tolerate stress
* As a person, you are self-driven and a energetic team player
* Being organized and structured comes natural to you
