We are looking for a talent to join our M3 supply chain execution team in the role of development business analyst.

As a business analyst you will work with the product M3, our Java-based ERP product.

M3 provides broad business support: sales, finance, manufacturing, planning, logistic, purchase and more. Our supply chain application covers all warehouse management activities, logistic, distribution and transportation.

Based in our Kista office north of Stockholm, you will work in a talented team in a highly international environment. Our team holds a broad range of competences, from application experts to junior product developers, mix of genders and nationalities. As a business analyst, you will learn a lot.

You will be able to take lead in development tasks. You will talk to our industry experts to understand the requirement from our users, you will analyze the existing functionality and design solution to meet the requirement. You will work with a developer who implement the solution, you will test it and document it. We never work alone, we always work as a team. You will gradually understand the architecture of a powerful large-scale and complex system. You will gain intuition about business practices across different industries and create technical solutions to address those realities. You will learn skills in system design, quality assurance, and test automation.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

· Stand up with the whole team to discuss current status on open tasks.

· Solution analysis and design for new functionality, together with senior analysts

· Collaborate with a developer, test, revert, re-test

· Assist and guide Infor colleagues as an M3 application expert thanks to your growing functional knowledge in our area.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:

· A few years of experience

· Up for challenges with a positive attitude and takes joy in continuous learning.

· Creatively addresses big-picture problems with a detailed-minded solution approach

· A team player with ability to work in team and work independently.

· Ability to clearly communicate complex and abstract concepts.

· Academic degree within engineering or systems science

· Fluent in English, Swedish is meriting.

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably M3

· Familiarity with supply chain activities

· Experience or proven interest to learn software design and development.

· Skills in systems design, QA, database management.

· General java programming knowledge, being able to read and understand java code.
