Integration Engineer, Command and control

Your role

Command and Control West is growing and we are putting more efforts into the integration and test area. This is a position for an integration engineer within the integration and verification (I&V) team. You will be a part of our journey to grow and develop ways of working so that we can manage to deliver successfully and efficiently in our projects and product programs.

To work as an integration engineer within Command and Control, means you have to understand system behavior and performance. Your main responsibility includes:

Install and configure software applications from different departments into a whole
*

Troubleshoot, report defects and analyze issues to find solutions
*

Close collaboration with platform and sensor teams to find solutions of integration problems
*

Create integration guides

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you are a structured person with the ability to prioritize and efficiently collaborate with team members as well as other stakeholders. You have experience from working as an integration or test engineer within the area of complex system development. You demonstrate critical thinking and creative mindset in order to find both issues and solutions.

Required skills:

Bachelor degree or work experience in similar roles and tasks

Experience from working with software integration and test
*

Experience in analyzing test results, improvements, fault tracing and root cause analysis
*

Knowledge of Linux
*

Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written

Experiences from programming (preferably in Java)

Experience from SW and HW development

Understanding of requirement and compliance work

You will be part of developing our world-class Combat Systems and C4I Solution at the unit that mainly develops command & control systems for ground based air defence (GBAD) domain. The section you will join consists of 20 persons organized in teams, working with development environments and system verification.
