In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

What is needed in this role:
- A self-leader that is curious, driven and accountable - able to find a way independently while remaining committed to collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to reach a common goal;
- An empathetic colleague who appreciates the opportunity to learn and develop continuously;
- Successful completion of a degree in a relevant subject;
- A motivated personality and problem-solving mindset.

Most of us also have a good combination from the following:
- Good communication skills, proficiency in English and a willingness to share your knowledge;
- REXX, DB2 and COBOL experience;
- Good knowledge and experience in infrastructure, automation and z/OS;
- JAVA/UNIX knowledge;
- The ability to handle uncertainty and to act quickly to resolve critical issues as they arise;
- A good sense of humor!
