Test leader of IoT Cloud Services in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Test leader of IoT cloud services with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

The position is with a newly launched IoT company within the Alliance, which develops solutions for the home to prevent damage, security, and smart homes. It is a subsidiary of the organisation that combines the stability and long-term perspective of the organisation with the entrepreneurial and startup spirit, but without the risk of a venture capital firm.

This solution is still in its early stages, and you will be a part of the core team that shapes and develops it. Because it is a completely new solution, we chose to use some of the most modern and best components available, in addition to it being stable, safe, well established, and suitable for our purpose.

It offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be involved from the start in the development of a new and innovative IoT solution that has the potential to have a significant impact on the Swedish market.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

Competency prerequisites:

Many years of experience in:

• App testing (Android and iOS)

• Web application testing

• API testing

• Automation of API and user interface tests, preferably both

Test management, test case planning and development, and test work development, as well as how the team works with functional and non-functional tests

Tools and structures for regression testing, integration testing, load testing, and safety testing, among other things.

Requests for knowledge of relevant test frameworks and test tools for a technology stack based on the following criteria:

• Backend services for Node.js
• Native React app
• The remaining APIs as well as the Kong API Gateway
• Dockerized environments, Kubernetes
• MongoDB or another NoSQL database is an example of a NoSQL database.
• MQTT IoT products for use at home

Other:

The candidate should be enterprising and solution-oriented, with excellent analytical skills.

Be able to work independently as well as in close collaboration in multi-skilled teams.

Interested in home technology such as smart home products, IP cameras, and so on.

Language Requirements: Excellent command of the English language in both speech and writing, as well as a preference for Swedish.

Location: Stockholm, Initially, the work will be done through a combination of telework and a couple of days per week at the Stockholm office. As the company grows, it is possible that we will relocate to other locations and that there will be more on-site work.
