We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a IT Senior front-end developer with main focus on React with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

At the organisation, the product Customer Interaction is in charge of the development of My pages. The goal of the product is to improve the customer's digital interaction with Insurance.

The product team is currently undergoing a modernization and technical transfer, which means we are dismantling the monolith and constructing a new architecture based on service-oriented architecture.

We've started moving towards a new front-end framework and container technology, and we'll also improve our DevOps capabilities.

One of five products driving the development of the organisation’s core system in Insurance Management is customer interaction. The products are designed to meet our customers' growing demands for faster, easier, and more personalised service.

Each product is led by a product owner who, along with the cross-competent team, is responsible for the end-to-end development of the business in their area of responsibility.

Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:

We're on the lookout for a senior front-end developer who specialises in React.

We want to hire a consultant who has worked on similar transfers before, and we want someone who is senior, has experience with React / frontend development, and has an agile mindset. Sharing experience and skills, as well as collaborating with others, should be a natural part of the job (couple programming, mob programming).

Other:

We are currently working remotely due to Corona, but once we receive it, we will hopefully be able to return to the office to some extent (unclear how much). However, you should plan on being in the office for about two days per week after your return.

As soon as we receive interesting CVs, we will conduct ongoing interviews. Our goal is to make this as clear as possible.

There will also be plenty of room for expansion.
