Ted & gustaf was founded in 2010 to create a digital full-service agency with a focus on quality, innovation and personal development. We have consciously maintained a smaller company size to prioritize team spirit and community in a team where quality takes precedence over quantity.

We help companies succeed with digital investments and we do this by being experts in web technology, digital strategy, UX, design and analysis.

We are looking for an experiences UX-designer to join our designteam temporarily. Because of the situation in Ukraine we want to help someone specifically from Ukraine and we are open to talk about possibilities regarding how long of an employment and from where you would work.

What you will do

We at ted & gustaf need to scale up the team with another UX / UI designer who wants to be involved in delivering and developing our offer. You will be an important player in our team, where you work in close collaboration with other specialists in web development, digital strategy and design.

The most important thing is that together we realize our customers 'digital needs, where your task will be to make visible, visualize and anchor solutions to create the best possible user experience on our customers' platforms.

As our UX / UI designer you will:

• Gather insights from customers and users
• Facilitate workshops
• Work with user research to best understand the target group
• Transform insights into wireframes, UX feeds, prototypes and visual design
• Present and motivate your ideas both internally and for the customer
• Long-term development of ted & gustaf's offering of services within UX / UI
• Participate in customer meetings to sell concepts and solution proposals from a user and design perspective

We are looking for you

We are looking for you with a degree in design and who has worked as a UX designer or service designer for a few years. Your personality is as important as your experience and knowledge. Since you will have a lot of contact with the customer, you take great responsibility in the delivery and like to communicate with others.

• Has 4 years of experience working in agile and cross-functional teams as a UX or UI designer
• Has good experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision Studio or similar
• Is driven in your work, meticulous in your material and confident in presenting your design and motivating your decisions
• Has easy to communicate and visualize your ideas through prototypes and sketches
