Lime Go has become its own organization operating aside from Lime Technologies. Lime Technologies was founded in 1990 and is the market leader in the Nordics when it comes to CRM. We've had different CRM-products in our portfolio over the years and now it's time to let Lime Go, go big. Since its launch in 2013, Lime Go has been a sales focused CRM-system part of Lime Technologies that’s been offered to our customers. However, it has never reached its full potential due to being aligned to one main process at Lime, premiering our bigger CRM system - Lime CRM.

By letting Lime Go become its own company we can fully focus on the product, its needs and scale the team as a start-up. This means we have the financial, organizational, and cultural support from Lime, but at the same time can enjoy all the traits of being a start-up. Such as flexibility, speed and being able to pilot new concepts.

The product

Lime Go is a simply clever CRM tool for sales and marketing departments. It’s excellent for prospecting and filled with valuable company data to help users save time and increase revenue. We help companies with their daily work through insights and educate them to be more proactive, providing an ROI from day 1.

During 2021 we finished our 2 yearlong redesign project to up our game in regard to tech stack, UI, modernity and power. Google Lime Go + images to compare past vs. present if you’re curious. We're now ready to step on the gas pedal and conquer Europe.

The team

We believe every day work should be simple and fun. We are passionate about helping our users become more efficient, freeing time to create more valuable work for their customers.

We are a small, autonomous development team, looking for a new Team Lead. The small team is split up between offices in Lund and Stockholm, which means you can work from any of these offices. With right preconditions you might even be able to manage this role remotely.

The tech

We host our cloud product on AWS. The backend is primarily developed in .NET Core. We work in an agile environment with a focus on quality. We use GitHub for version control/peer reviews, Jenkins for CI/CD, and Ruby/Rake for general tooling.

Who are you?

As a senior developer working with .NET development, you have probably acted as an Agile leader of some sort. You enjoy discussing architecture and want to keep coding. You’d feel comfortable mentoring team members. As our Team Lead you will:

• Plan development cycles and lead the daily standups.
• With the team, write code, and develop our architecture and hosting environment.
• In close collaboration with Product Management, understand and break down requirements.
• Coach and mentor team members.

Who are Lime Technologies?
