Our awesome Business Tech department is growing. We are looking for a Delivery Team Lead that can help us evolve - with just enough structure to keep us moving in the speed of light. Are you our new Delivery Team Lead - eager to spread energy, develop and deliver digital products? Take the next leap together with us!

The assignment is to (in close collaboration with a Digital Product Owner) lead product delivery to secure evaluation and performance of Oatly’s digital products today and for the future of Oatly! As Delivery Team Lead you will continuously build and develop a cross-functional team (avoiding becoming a group or “silo”) and make sure we work and apply an agile mindset to our processes and tools with development in focus.

You will lead the team and prioritize the workload (the digital product backlog). As Delivery Team Lead you will lead by example. Which means that you will partly work as senior developer and partly coach and lead others.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Lead a smaller cross-functional digital product development team with focus on web and CRM applications.
- Make sure your team is working in an efficient way with focus on business value-generation
- Enable and encourage a lean and agile mindset as well as a delivery mindset
- Staffing and recruitment for the delivery team
- Nurture and enable team members to grow and flourish
- Improve and drive collaboration across teams and departments
- Deliver according to budget

But, you know. These are just the things we can think of right now! This might be the job today, but tomorrow brings more change, so being light on your feet and willing to embrace the unknown is a verrrrrry big help. 

You will work in close cooperation with Digital Product Owner, Build and Product Teams as well as business stakeholders within Creative/Communication/Commercial.

You will be reporting to our VP Digital development and the position is placed at Malmö HQ.

You have a a business mindset and passion for tech-driven business development. You think about the big picture, rather than the job description bullet points, and prioritizing doing things for real rather than creating a perfect plan that never sees the light of day (even it is a very pretty plan).

Your passion for motivating and helping colleagues to grow is genuine. We think you are adaptable in your leadership style and have very strong adaption skills to your team and its maturity and need. Today, it is a smaller team of developers, where you will take lead as well as take part in the delivery together with your oatsome colleagues. Though things can evolve fast at Oatly... The only thing that is constant is change. And we believe you enjoy being part of this ever-changing environment and keep calm on the ride. You have an ability to balance a high delivery focus.

Did we say you are a humble and pragmatic person? (OK, we think you got it by now!)

We think your oatsomeness is built upon..

- 6+ years of experience from Front end development

- Deep knowledge and experience from Javascript, great if you have experience from ES6.
- Good knowledge and experience from React and it is a big plus if you have experience from Node.js and/or Vue.js
- Good knowledge and experience from Azure DevOps
- 3+ years experience of (digital) product-centric delivery
- Good knowledge and experience from working agile
- An awesome ability to inspire and motivate others and a few years experience of leading other developers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written in English. Are you fluent in Swedish as well, that's a big plus. 

It is a big plus if you have…

- A bachelor degree within IT/computer sciences or equivalent in the engineering field.

- CRM experience
- If you have experience from working in a fast-growing and transformational organization
