As UX Designer…
you will lead the design process from start and testing to final delivery. In close collaboration with the tech team and our clients, you are the expert who will identify solutions and opportunities by providing guidance and support to ensure our projects’ success. With your knowledge of design processes like Lean UX and Design Thinking, you will plan and conduct workshops with our clients and coach and lead our junior designers. Moreover, you will create clear handovers for our clients by creating mock-ups and finalising design solutions to implement in apps and browsers.

We are looking for…
you who understands the whole design process, even if you’re not responsible for all parts. You are a result-oriented person with expertise in UX Design who enjoys working hands-on - preferably in cross-functional and agile teams. With your previous experience of Figma and Miro and your interest in technology, you are confident in your role and know how to speak in tech terms. Most of all, you are ready to join our scale-up company on our exciting innovation journey!

Our wishes:

- You have previous work experience as a UX Designer and a flair for technology.
- Knowledge of different design processes and experience in Figma and Miro.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
