So what is the role about? 🌟

We are looking for an experienced and passionate QA Engineer to join our growing product-team. To keep it simple: Play an active part in an agile team throughout the lifecycle on the requirement analysis, design, development & testing. Today, we are one of the leading companies in our industry. To be the best, we believe that it is crucial to not only develop but also rigorously test new ground-breaking features for our customers. This is where you come into the picture!
In this position, you play a significant role in Winningtemp´s test progress.

As a QA Engineer you will work with:

- Feedback on Design & Requirements
- Take part in defining Acceptance Criteria
- Design and implement automated and manual tests
- Coach the developers in the team on what quality is and how it’s achieved

Tools & Languages we use are Cypress, Javascript, Jira, Azure.

We have diverse cross functional teams that include developers, QA Engineer, Designers and Data scientists. The main goal of which is to make our product the very best for our customers. You will be reporting to our Head of Quality Assurance.

You have a degree, or its equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management or similar.
You have 3+ years’ experience in a software testing role. You know how to use test automation frameworks (Cypress or similar). You are good in designing, developing and executing manual and automated test plans and test cases, and you speak and write unhindered in English.

Nice to haves:

- Ability to understand code patterns (JavaScript, React, or C#)
- Experience from testing web and mobile applications
- Start-up / Scale-up experience
- HR platform/tool industry experience
